Key Responsibilities Include:
The primary role of the Supporter Engagement Coordinator is to assist the Supporter Engagement Manager in delivering initiatives that build and strengthen relationships with donors, with a particular focus on engaging mid-level donors and new supporters. Ultimately, to raise increased funding for essential programmes to fulfil the vision of “Leprosy defeated, Lives transformed”.
We are seeking someone with proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or donor care—someone who knows how to turn conversations into lasting impact. As a Board Member with a programmes focus, you will contribute strategic oversight and thoughtful governance of our international programmes, ensuring they are effective, accountable, and aligned with our Strategy, Christian values, and mission.

Board members are expected to be active Christians inspired by faith to contribute collaboratively with a strong commitment to dignity, justice, compassion, and safeguarding. Prior board experience is welcome but not essential.
